Diesel locomotives

Diesel locomotives are designed and used mainly in horizontal land transport, especially in mines and on surface narrow gauge railways. They are certified according to European or GOST standards.

Technical description

The locomotives are powered by a 26 to 127 kW diesel engine (John Deere, CAT or other brands) and water-cooled. Exhaust gases pass through a water-cooled exhaust pipe. Torque transmission the torque from the engine to the axle is through a hydrostatic transmission, which ensures smooth operation. The chassis is of a two-axle type, the transmission to the second axle is secured by a cardan drive shaft. The castors are secured with replaceable rims.

The locomotive is braked by two independent systems on both axles: hydraulically - hydrostatic transmission via mechanical gears and mechanically - through direct connection to the castors. The brake control is proportional and the maximum brake force / braking force is adjustable.

The emergency brake is automatic. The security system provides - automatic stopping of the locomotive engine in case of failure and in case of exceeding temperature and pressure limits. The driver has up-to-date information on the status of the locomotive and driving on the control panel display.

Basic parameters

We can adapt the weight of locomotives to the customer's requirements - most often the total weight ranges from 4 to 18 tons. The locomotive can have one or two cabins. We can make the locomotive cabins removable or fixed according to the conditions in the working environment.

We can adjust the track gauge from 500 mm to 1,060 mm with a gradient of 35 ‰, max. track radius 12 m. They work at temperatures from -10 to 40 ° C.

We are prepared to adjust the engine section according to customer requirements. The engine brand can be decided by customer.
